Privacy and customer information

Information and purpose
We receive account and contact details, addresses, professional role, interests and information submitted in quotation or project forms. These support membership, pricing access, request handling, order coordination and relevant content.
Choices and retention
Newsletter and marketing subscriptions are optional; preferences can be withdrawn in the customer workspace. Account data is retained only as needed for service, request follow-up, financial records or legal duties. Access is restricted to authorized people.
Essential service providers
The minimum required information may be shared with hosting, messaging, payment and technical support providers for those services. Customer data is not sold.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies and technical identifiers support secure sign-in, sessions, abuse prevention, baskets and forms. Optional marketing tools are not enabled without consent. Encrypted connections, access controls and limited security logging reduce risk.
First-party website analytics
Limited public page and interaction events are recorded on our own server. These analytics do not store names, account details, IP addresses, search text or full page URLs, and are not sent to an external analytics provider. Random per-tab session identifiers do not track people across domains. Raw analytics are retained for up to 14 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these analytics. Security logs are managed separately.
Optional device authentication
Supported Android versions can protect locally stored session tokens with the device biometric system after initial sign-in. Fingerprints and facial templates are not received by ARAN VISION. Signing out removes local sign-in data; expiry or biometric changes may require a new code. The iPhone web app does not provide Face ID or passkey sign-in.
Camera and scanner
Camera access is optional. Scanning is processed on the phone; images are not uploaded to ARAN VISION and temporary scan files are removed after processing. Selected text is sent for catalog search. Manual search remains available. Android OCR uses Google ML Kit, which can send technical performance, usage and related identifiers to Google, though images and recognition results are processed on-device. Your rights and service provider
You may view or correct information and request account deletion at /account/delete or through support@aranvision.ir. The app and services are provided by Aran Vision Ltd. Optional consent is not selected in advance.
