How procurement works
Technical review comes before a confirmed quotation.
1. Identify the requirement
Provide the full manufacturer part number, quantity, required condition, revision and destination.
2. Review and quote
We check compatibility, supply options and lead time. The written quotation identifies the item, price, applicable costs, payment arrangements and delivery estimate.
3. Confirm and follow up
An inquiry is not a confirmed order. Procurement proceeds after the written terms are agreed. Shipment and delivery are followed up using the request reference.
